Kenzi Tower Hotel

My stay at this hotel got off to a rocky start. While waiting to check in, I pulled out my phone to take pictures of the lobby to post online. However, within 10 seconds, the lady at the front desk abruptly told me I couldn't take videos. I found this interaction quite interesting, as I was only recording the lobby and hadn't even noticed her. Her approach threw me off as she said it in a very reprimanding tone. Fortunately, another staff member named Zacharia witnessed the interaction and quickly stepped in to de-escalate the situation. He was extremely nice, courteous, and salvaged my experience, completely changing my perception of the hotel. In general, I'd say the hotel is very nice and offers great value for the money. The room was cozy, and I had an amazing view. The location is also very convenient, within walking distance to many places or with taxis readily available outside the hotel. The concierge staff was very hospitable, helpful with my luggage, and even booked a taxi to the airport for me. The rooms and bathrooms are equipped with necessities, and I appreciated the welcome box of macaroons – a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again. My only concern is the inconsistent service from some staff members. Some are friendly, while others are not, which does not seems typical of Morocco. I was there for one week in different cities and everyone was welcoming warm and hospitable. .

Everything was wonderful from arriving at the property, where we were greeted by a very helpful and friendly member of staff called Omar who made us feel very welcome and also upgraded our room. The room was comfortable, clean and had amazing views. The spa was an excellent experience and the gym/pool facilities were an added bonus. The restaurants and bars were scenic and delicious food/cocktails with a nice ambience. Check out was seamless and we were looked after by Muhammad. Absolutely outstanding stay.

Everything was perfect from the reception, to Consierge Mr Abderrahman, to waiters in Skies restaurant. The room ( I took a Deluxe Suite) was spacious and Bed large and very comfortable. The breakfast eas highly consistent with a large variety of food, also, the staff was professional ans welcoming ( Specially Fatima Zahra) Thanks to the Staff 👍

The hotel is in a prime location and offers free parking. It features a spa and a gym. Compared to the rest of the trip, the breakfast is relatively rich. Some rooms even offer views of the Hassan II Mosque.
