very nice location and the mosque view from the room is amazing! the Concierge ( don’t remember his name ) was very kind. thanks to him!

First of all, I want to thank Mr. Younes very much for his and professionalism in his work, and for his warm Moroccan hospitality. This is my second visit with my family, and thank God, I liked Mr. Younis with his good manners and his dealings with us. I also thank the sisters Zakia and Fatima from the houskeeping, God willing, for their excellent handling and professionalism. I thank all the hotel staff, and God willing, we will visit soon.

Spacious room. Helpful staff specially concierge. Comfy vibe all around. I was there less than 24 hours but would return for a longer stay. Good central location - walkable area, with shops and restaurants close by and Medina (old city) not far.

The staff was absolutely lovely, polite helpful and accommodating, and this is a very nice looking hotel. We arrived very later as one of our flight was delayed severely the staff was very good in helping us out.

One of the best service ever! The room service is available all night and the food is comparable of Michllen stars. I forgot my bag in the room after check out with all my passport inside it, when I called they make me fell super relax and when I arrived back in the hotel they were two professional ladies waiting me with it in front of the door. I have asked their name cus they almost make me cry, one of them was the cleaning lady, and when she cleaned the room she found my bag, and directly talked with the receptionist and put it a side for me. My best regards then is to Kadili Fatiha that she was extremely professional, nice and friendly with me and my husband always!! Thanks again to Kadili and Zakia you have make my stay simply perfect !
